Just take the good and the bad and enjoy the ride. He’s fine and can work on his weaknesses. He’s the heart and soul of the gritty culture.
As far as the coaching staff, the OL coach is killing it in recruiting and the rest of the offensive staff is doing pretty well so I wouldn’t let any of them go. They need to reevaluate their approach with tempo (play faster) and play calling at times. They need more NiL to sign bigger profile prospects, especially QBs. BYU has not been paying competitively for top rated QBs.
