Sad part is they were getting ready to leave the port and they kept announcing that they were waiting on some people to return to the ship and because it was a cruise sponsored excursion they had to wait.

Eventually, they left anyway. Turns out the excursion was a flight tour and the helicopter/plane had crashed. Killing everyone.
