Why is their recruiting so much better than every other league? And why then are those recruits not better when they get to college? (SEC puts 6-8 teams in the top 10 of recruiting year in and year out. No other conference comes close.)

Are Texas and Oklahoma worse now that they have been moved to the SEC? They have won the Big 12 in 7 out of the last 9 years.
