At my brother's wedding reception 7 years ago we were cleaning up after the newlyweds left. After we were done cleaning my dad says to us "Let's make like a tree and get outta here" My other brother who was probably 15 looks at my dad and says "It's make like a tree and leave you idiot!!!"

My aunt who was watching this go down was absolutely appalled that my brother would be so disrespectful to my dad. She just stood there. My dad realized this and explained this scene.

This same brother likes working on cars. about 3 years later my other brother and his fiance asked him to look at their car that was having issues. He came in and said "Good news and bad news. Good news is I found the problem, the bad news is you need a new flux capacitor" The fiance turns and says "is a flux capacitor expensive"

She's been the butt of that joke ever since.
