You can televise the selection early in the summer and very p4 team will randomly selected another p4 team and a g5 team to play. Most conference go 2 8 game schedule and then that leaves 2 out of conference games that the teams can schedule themselves. And the games won't be just at the beginning of the season but mixed in during conference play.


This will give better ability to cross compare conferences
