That works if you are building the conferences from scratch. But that isn't
reality.
We all know the conferences aren't equal. This isn't the NFL with parity. Believe me, we wouldn't like that when BYU gets 2nd in the B12, is ranked #14 and doesn't get in because the Sun Belt champ that lost every out of conference game by a mile gets an automatic bid.
I don't know how to best handle it so that winning your conference actually means something.
