Last month I took my son to our first NFL game. It’s 10 min before kickoff and we are trying to scan our ticket and it says “invalid”. In the to Ticketmaster app it looks like a legit ticket. I look through my email and see an email from Ticketmaster that the ticket was invalidated be since the seller violated some term. Here I am 10 min before kickoff so I buy a ticket directly from Ticketmaster to get in. I contact Stubhub the next day because of their “guarantee” and they refuse because I didn’t contact them before the game. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company. Never use Stubhub. There is no guarantee!
