I don't eat perfect, but my breakfast and at least 1-2 other meals are good.
I don't workout every day, but if I can lift 2-3 times/week it helps.
3 years ago, if I hit 220 lbs, I would snore, and started having gall bladder-ish problems. Generally felt like crap.
I went to a dietician, got on a healthy meal plan, and lifted 4-5 days/week. Dropped 10 lbs the right way, then somehow put 10 lbs back on. It is frustrating, but I noticed that I didn't have the same health issues when I got over 220.
