I was responding to the wrong post. . . my mistake.
Hard to walk this all the way back. . . All I am trying to say is "Unsportmanlike conduct" is a family of penalties. So the Ref stating that only lets us know it is within a group of penalties, does not actually state the exact penalty.
But yes,
If you call penalty "Unsportsmanlike conduct" Section 9, Article 2, Rule 1. That is different than "Unfair Acts" Section 9, Article 2, Rule 3.
Even if the Referee gives the same signal/verbiage for both.
