I am not so convinced since it is necessary, I think generally institutions don't need to make a statement all the time for everything, and sometimes being addressed internally is an appropriate response, but what is amazing to me is that Mark Harlan was able to release such a weak statement. To date, that is the only thing Utah has put out. With articles written like this, it's clearly a black eye on Utah.
