If BYU wins the conference and gets a 3 or 4 seed in the playoffs and a bye
and then plays a team like Ohio State in the second round, would that game be played in Provo?

The bowl contracts are still in place this last season. If BYU wins conference they go to Fiesta Bowl. If CO they go🌹
