I think two things are happening with UU tickets:
1. UU fans just trying to capitalize on BYU coming to town. Line in the water to see what it catches. They will not drop their price. They are just hoping to get some BYU fan to pay them face value for the ticket. Moderate probability the UU fan shows up if ticket is unsold.

2. UU fans actually trying to make back some money. If unsold, the seat will just be empty. These tickets will drop in price perhaps.

It will not just be BYU fans coming into RES, it will also be the UU fans who stay home. Both are good. BYU fans in seats is better, but even empty seats is good for BYU. We can hope that as many seats are sold to BYU fans as possible. But we also can hope that any remaining tickets just go unused and the stadium is half full.
