I don't think we get a new stadium, but an upgraded stadium that includes an
entertainment district (restaurants, retail, theater??, etc.) that will draw people year-round. Sort of like a mini version of the Star in Dallas.
The Big 12 specifically called out LES in its initial assessments of BYU's candidacy.
The money is there to do it, BYU just needs to decide how far it will go.
