But if you have someone dedicated to stealing signs, it gets sketchy. If you give them extra circumstances and equipment with which to do it, then it is even sketchier.
Is it okay for a grad assistant in the press box with binoculars to track the opposing team's signs during the game? What if you used game film to break down not just the other team's plays and tendencies, but also their sideline signals?
What if you hacked the other team's headphones (like UTEP, 1984)?
Where is the line?
