Like maybe here's something about the job that's a little odd and I want to see if it's a non-starter. Or maybe there's something in their resume I want to ask about before we commit to a real interview. Or maybe I can't formerly interview them right away but I want to talk them to sort of "get them on the hook." That kind of stuff.
