Despite what some fans think, BYU was still trying to get first downs at the end

Of the game and were forced to punt back to back when AZ was trying to make their final push. Both teams stopped playing once the pick 6 occurred.

So yes, it is frustrating BYU couldn't extend their drives to burn the clock. I'm sure the BYU coaches didn't like those series either.
