IF he is that young, that would be a pretty significant difference, of course. Seeings one of the reasons for the NCAA's restrictions is to keep the competitive collective ABOUT the same age. They don't want too many eligibility loop-holes that lead to extending the understood age cut-off too much.
And I support that. I could understand why they might not want a guy like Mihailo at age 22 playing for too many years (if at all) with college kids.
