I think the paranoia would be thinking he leaves for a lateral coordinator job
which in the old days would be the legitimate threat. I don’t think anyone seriously considers that to be a major threat.
It’s kind of new territory in talking about a coordinator not jumping at a p4 HC.. and I doubt there’s many p4 coordinators out there who wouldn’t jump for any p4 HC job.
