I would recommend it for the price alone haha.
It is 19+ so it won’t be with the 18-year old freshmen.
I lived on the top bunk which is kinda close to the ceiling so if that would be an issue get the bottom bunk or private room.
Only two roommates which is nice.
The community was a bit older when I lived there, BUT that might have changed since the on-campus requirements since there’s a greater demand now. But when I lived there it was closer to typical off-campus age demographics than like helaman halls RM halls.
