If they continue to underperform, I think boosters get nervous about Scalley, and they see an opportunity to take the wind out of BYU's sails: hire a great coach, the best recruiter in the state, and kill BYU's momentum. However, I think we should remind ourselves that this is a guy who decided to move to the press box to separate himself from the emotions of the game on the sideline, for his health. Taking on a Head Coaching job is 10X the stress.
