He was the clear #1 at end of his junior year though (same as Dybantsa)
He then had a foot injury and his senior season wasn't up at the same level so we he was overtaken by Wiggins and a few others (depending on source).
But at the end of his junior year, the hype was real. Derrick Rose has just won the MVP and was taking the NBA by storm and everyone was talking about the fact that his HS coaches said Parker was the best player ever through there
