About the only other options are the lightning, electric Silverado, cyber truck, and electric Hummer. They all seem like they would be way too big for any serious off-roading. I might be wrong though.

I would guess that they would have the battery life or range to do it. They probably just aren't practical to even try on a trail like that because of their size.

The Silverado particularly is doing really well in range testing. quite a bit better than the lightning and even the rivian I think.
