Her and another coworker just got flu and Covid vaccines and felt crappy the next day but propped each other up and powered through the work day anyway. The sympathy that followed was nothing short of amazing. Messages of, ‘Thinking of you’, you would have thought that a family member passed away. I texted a buddy on my team and asked if setting up a GoFundMe would be appropriate. The attention and sympathy people need on a daily basis continues to baffle me. 😂
