The ethics are unclear, and I value my friends more than an unknown job

applicant who didn't disclose she's working at my friend's.

I might feel differently had she disclosed, "hey, I'm working here, if you know him please don't disclose," but she was dishonest in where she is working.

Her lack of transparency eliminates any ethical duty of nondisclosure.
