Most years the top 15 has multiple teams with 3 losses at the end of the year.

There's really only 11 spots, I only see a 3 loss team getting in if they lose

Utah had 3 losses and got into the pac12 CC game and won that to go to the rose

Sure, it's possible but remember the Pac 12 was pretty terrible those years

Georgia still plays Texas and Tennessee. They could lose those 2 and still get
