They got a brand new stadium not long ago that is easily expandable to 40k. They are a great academic institution that could really benefit from the notoriety that comes from high level football. Among the UC’s they’d be just the third to play at the FBS level and that sort of true college experience is very attractive to many kids. Yet they seem completely disinterested in making the jump.
