The refs made it clear throughout the game that they weren't going to call that. Both sides had been doing that very
thing all game, and the only time it was called was when our CB prevented their WR from coming back to the ball in the end zone.
Other than that, the refs let the DBs hold the receivers without consequence. It would have been egregiously unfair if they had flagged Collins on that play.
