There's a lot of LDS FB players but only 1 BYU. Also.. there's plenty of them that are given offers at other major..
schools that also have good FB programs.
If your LDS and can guarantee yourself a starting QB slot at any major program like Tanner McKee or Jaxon Dart have done you're lucky and it's probably a better idea to pursue those opportunities.
I'd love BYU to have a stable of good QBs but I'm just speaking pragmatically. If the goal is to get to the NFL seems like getting the most experience as a starting QB is going to get you there. BYU usually only starts 1 QB so there's gonna be a lot of QBs just sitting around.
