Must be in Arizona. You have to love the power company trying to make sure
no one turns their AC on during the hottest part of the day.

Most people that have solar do it to avoid those high rates. They get a battery and charge that at night with the less expensive rates and then discharge during that time when the rates are crazy.

I do know states that have those .30+ rates all the time. The big difference is they don't get the same temps that you do in AZ.
