Yes he was the best part of their offense vs UA, so why not run him more?
Answer: because he was on limited carries, which came straight from the coach's mouth.

He doesn't have a top notch running back this year though

Bernard is very good, but their backups are not very good.

He's good but can't be a workhorse 20-30 carry back like traditional Utah RBs

He's averaging 16 carries and 110 yds per game on 6.7 yds/carry. I'd call that very good. He already has as many yds as

Still, you stated that they don't have a top-notch RB. Bernard is on pace to be their first 1000 yd back since Moss in

Can't be a top-notch RB if you have durability issues IMO

Not offended at all. I know he's a ute, but you should at least acknowledge that he's a very good RB.

Except that he's averaging 16.4 carries per game so far. Moss averaged 16.8 carries per game in his SR season. Bernard

It is literally the position of the UU coaching staff

Uh huh ... "control the amount of carries he gets"? He still got 16 carries for 91 yds (5.7 yds/carry) against AZ. Maybe

So? He still carried the ball 16 times. Your "durability" claim is a joke. He's 14th in the Nation for total carries.

Lol dude. It is literally not my claim. It is that of his own coaching staff

Good to know you believe everything out of a coach's mouth. Maybe he was just trying to cover his own backside for not

Yes, a SR RB carried the ball 16 times in a game with a true frosh QB struggling
