get 2 steps before that. Fact is, refs reviewed it, and had plenty of time because of the injury and didn’t think it was enough to warrant overturning the play. Everyone is complaining that it wasn’t reviewed, but it was. They just didn’t need to stop play. Not understanding the rules and what refs are actually doing seems to be a big problem as well.
