thought I did see irrefutable evidence that the receiver did not complete the catch through the landing on the ground (because the ball was not secure through the landing, which it must be for it to be a catch). That was how it looked to me. But I can understand seeing it differently.

And there is always the chance that the conference put their thumb on that scale, since, like TFL pointed out, they had an interest in seeing Miami remain undefeated. I hope that wasn't the case, but they did have a conflict of interest there.

And, when it's all said and done, I really don't care either way.
