At that point. Even if they scored again. It's still a 4 possession game either

The FG made it a 22 point game. At TD would have made it at best a 17 point game.

A surprising number of coaches prefer sad field goals to risking it for a touchdown

The chance of scoring a TD on 4th and 11 were very slim.

I’d say the chances are better you come back from down 25+ with attempting the TD. 3 points will get you no where.
