heard second hand stories about how he’s got kind of a strict hardliner type personality (which may also be completely false because again, I have no firsthand knowledge). Those stories and the fact that sports at Ricks were shuttered under his watch made me wonder how he felt about BYU athletics and how he’d feel about the way college athletics are moving with NIL, multi million dollar contracts for coaches and top players, etc.
