Can be reliable and can actually be a threat in the return. I would be willing to bet the majority of P4 teams have punt returners that can walk and chew gum at the same time.

I think it’s a pretty common issue. Do you use the most sure handed guy or the best return guy. Rarely are they the same

Needs to set up deeper. Always having to do over-the-shoulder catches running towards own end zone on punts.
