Jay Hill is definitely HC material. He's also going to be 60 years old. If you
are making good money, enjoy your job... are you going to up and move. Yes, he's motivated and has goals. But, I don't see the desire to uproot and move away for the chance to be at USU, Oregon State, UCLA, or even uu as DC.
