It's also a reflection that ticket prices have likely been too low for a while.
If BYU fans want to do some comparison with the cost of tickets for Football programs that they consider BYU's peers I think that almost all of them cost quite a bit more and my experience is that the concessions and amenities are even more expensive. If BYU football starts winning 9+ games a year then the tickets will sell....more of the 5-7 seasons and even at lower prices they won't be purchased.
Revenue really does matter more than sell-outs and BYU needs the revenue to compete.
