No. You don't add 3rd and 4th down attempts in the denominator. You just include the 3rd downs
What matters is how often ONCE YOU REACH THIRD DOWN you eventually get a first down. If you have just one 3rd down and you convert on 4th down, that's a 100% conversion rate.
