Spray is by far the best. The equipment and training you need to do it without making a nightmare out of your project
aren't available to DIYers. Pay somebody to spray.

Yes. You rent the machine from Home Depot and buy the bags of insultation to put in the hopper. Easy.

I think he's talking about the spray foam insulation, not the fiberglass insulation.

Just run a hose of pressurized polyurethane spray foam into the home depot fiberglass blower and go nuts.

Spray foam is the way to go - but pay a professional - IMO it's worth it to get it done right.

That's a lot of foam. The kits are usually 600 board feet so for a 10' high
