When do you predict you’ll achieve positive net cash flow?
If you’re not planning on ever selling it before you die what’s the point of owning it if you aren’t mss a king any money on it?
You’d be better off putting your cash into T-bills and earning a bit of income with zero of the hassle of being a landlord.
