By passer rating, he's #11 (behind Rising, KJ Jefferson, Sawyer Robertson, Josh Hoover, Rocco Becht, Shedeur Sanders, Behren Morton, Alan Bowman, Jake Retzlaff, Brendan Sorsby)
By completion percentage he's #8 (behind Robertson, Becht, Sanders, Hoover, Bowman, Morton, Donovan Smith)
By Yards per Attempt he's #14 (behind Rising, Jefferson, Robertson, Retzlaff, Becht, Noah Fifita, Bowman, Hoover, Sorsby, Sanders, Morton, Sam Leavitt, Garrett Greene)
By QBR he's #7 (behind Rising, Hoover, Bowman, Greene, Sorsby, Leavitt)
And by points added he's #8 (behind Hoover, Bowman, Sorsby, Morton, Sanders, Greene, and Leavitt)
The latter two take into account his rushing production. He's extremely dangerous and harder to prepare for than others...but not necessarily the best (though he certainly has upside to grow into the top QB)
If I had to choose the top 3 based only on what I've seen this season, it's been Hoover, Bowman, and either Sanders or Sorsby
If I had to choose the top 3 prior to the season, it's some combo of Sanders, Fifita, Daniels, and Rising
