The latter two take into account his rushing production. He's extremely dangerous and harder to prepare for than others...but not necessarily the best (though he certainly has upside to grow into the top QB)

If I had to choose the top 3 based only on what I've seen this season, it's been Hoover, Bowman, and either Sanders or Sorsby
