Easiest. It's fine for camping dessert, but not the best
I prefer actually making the cake mix like a real cake mix. Also, add lots of butter pats to the top, and brown sugar tob the peaches.
You might also try a peaches crumble instead of cobbler. The difference is you make an oats/butter/brown sugar topping instead of the cake mix. It's pretty good too.
