what they sometimes refer to as "rules" are really more accurately characterized as "justifications" for whatever they might want to do in any given moment. They are categories of what Jefe most commonly finds he needs as justification to penalize actions or lines of reasoning he disagrees with, but in no way makes any real attempt at consistency, therefore rendering them something less than "rules".

Also multiple instances of posters being penalized for absolutely nothing that's against the "rules" and I'm guessing many hundreds of instances I'm not aware of.
