could benefit from a pad strap, I also just bought a double pad (tapered Big Agnes Rapide) to use with a double quilt, so pad straps won't work. I have seen some with traction beads to keep an inflatable pillow from sliding so much, but there doesn't seem to be a perfect solution there.
