I’ve been to countless pro, college, and HS sports out of Utah (not BYU).

From SEC, ACC, to Big 10 country and the other leagues in those areas and I’ve NEVER heard this chant. Only ONE other time have I heard it and that was Oregon. Nor have I heard it on tv. Maybe it was normal in the pac 12 but not elsewhere.

Besides, the “everyone else is doing it” excuse is how society never advances in whatever facet of life the bad behavior is occurring in.
