Whey + water with lunch and as a pre-workout snack, whey + oatmeal + milk +
fruit in a shake for breakfast, or cut out the milk if I'm trying to cut, nuts if I snack during the day, some combo of meat or eggs and cheese for dinner.

I'm generally not trying to bulk so I have less meat and heavy protein (IE peanut butter) than many.
