It is amazing how the cheats can keep you going.
I’m getting all set for tomorrow nights game and planning the menu tonight. It is not a cheat night for me. I plan to do some spinning through part of the game. Just make ovals, just make ovals. Get up, push it. Relax. Glad I got my new bigger TV.

Your basal metabolic rate is probably going to be 1900 or so. You should put calories at around 1800-1700.
