Re: BYU— don’t know what to tell you. There have been years where watching them was certainly not as much fun as other years, and I can’t tell you that this year won’t be difficult.

I can say that, even in some of the rough years – – like 2019 after Ty’son Williams got hurt, there were still a really fun game or two. Tennessee was amazing and so was USC. By the end of the year, they felt unwatchable, but they offered a couple classics. 2018 and 2022, they were dead in the water and pulled out fantastic upsets vs Boise State. 2022 they won 4 straight to close the year after sucking terribly while losing 4 straight. You just never know.

My plan is to enjoy this year until it becomes unbearable, if it ever reaches that point. Have some backup hobbies and plan to enjoy the good with the understanding that it could be in short supply.
