throughout the day. I love it. Both at the office and at my home office I have dumbbells that I can use, but I do the bodyweight stuff, too. I try to keep it fun and don't worry too much about getting the exact right weight/reps in. There are tons of movements that I can really work on. I read a book called _Built to Move_ and they suggested a bunch of movements and skills I can do that focus on mobility. For example, you can work on balance or hip mobility. Sometime I just try to sit criss cross applesauce on the floor and then try to get up without having to roll around like a beached whale.
I also try to do a more normal exercise sessions during the week where I do normal sets with rest times in between and I target certain numbers of reps before failure, etc. I take a shower after these workouts. (That's part of why my intraday workouts are not too ambitious.)
