Many colleges, including BYU and other local schools, hand out Re-Lyte to their student-athletes (let's be honest, Re-Lyte just ships schools boxes of the stuff for free 🙂 ).

My youngest son is a D1 athlete and he says it helps him with cramping and staying hydrated (He doesn't like Liquid IV).
